IslandSafe is a growing security-safe brand selling direct-to-consumer. As the catalog expanded (home, office, pistol, rifle, biometric, portable), customers struggled to find the right safe and trust the brand quickly. The mandate was to clarify the shopping journey, boost credibility, and lift conversions without heavy engineering overhead—working within Shopify and a small app stack.

Target audience: Homeowners, renters, and small business owners (25–55) who value practicality, trust, and quick setup guidance.

Goals

Redesign the landing and main pages as a modular, mobile-first funnel that clarifies the value prop, streamlines navigation, and routes shoppers by intent with clear CTAs.

Surface best-sellers, category tiles, quick comparisons, and trust (reviews, warranty, guides) early; standardize patterns, optimize performance, and instrument analytics to iterate toward higher CTR and conversion.
